3D Cellular was founded in 1996 by two engineers with more than 30 years combined experience in the telecommunications industry and software development. Our company is based in Montreal, Canada with offices in the USA.

What We Do
3D Cellular's comprehensive suite of automated switch engineering software tools provide our wireless carrier clients with an intuitive user friendly interface that empowers engineers, technicians and operators to more easily control, collect and manipulate data from their switches. This obvious increase in productivity translates to a substantial cost savings for wireless carriers.
Our entire suite of wireless switch productivity tools is fully compatible with MS Access, SQL Server and Oracle databases. Our software has undergone more than 10 years of real-world implementation. Database conversions to and from all industry standard databases, such as Alcatel-Lucent, Nortel, Ericsson and Nokia, have been fully tested and proven to work flawlessly in real-world applications.
